UPlink Online is an online resource for Youth Pastors across the state. It consists of four main parts:
Blogs are where youth pastors just like you are able to share lessons they’ve learned and how God is working in their heart and ministry. Hearing about each other’s successes and struggles reminds all of us that we’re not alone.
UPlink videos answer many of the questions that you might have about youth ministry like “how do I budget and create a calendar for the year’s activities” or “how do I keep from creating a silo ministry?”
Training Articles go into more depth about specific struggles and goals of youth ministry like creating an exit strategy for seniors, transitioning roles or from one church to another, or creating written policies for trips and other activities.
