Experiences at Conclave

Conclave is a great training and equipping conference for youth ministers.

One reason I like to attend is so that I can be refreshed. Three days away from the everyday grind of ministry is needed and brings refreshment. Conclave is a place to get away and allow others to pour into your life.

In ministry, we often pour into the lives of others, yet we don’t make it a priority to be poured into. Conclave helps make that happen.

Another reason I enjoy Conclave is because it is a “giant classroom.” There will be many breakout leaders who are veterans in student ministry, while there are also some newer guys who can bring a fresh perspective. Conclave is a place for you to learn!

Conclave is also a great place to network. There are many youth pastors with whom you will connect, develop friendships and possibly partner with in the future.

There are also exhibitors who can provide great services, and the same can happen with them. Conclave is a great place to network!

Don’t miss Conclave – January 28-30, 2016, in Chattanooga, Tenn. Register today at ymconclave.org/#register!
